The site presents WOMEB’s products and services and lets you send an enquiry. It is informational; the contact form does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, and submitting it does not conclude a contract.

Unless stated otherwise, the content, brand, texts and photographs are owned by WOMEB or used under licence. Third-party vessel photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and credited where shown. You may not copy, redistribute or use the materials commercially without our consent.

We take care to keep the content accurate and current but provide it without warranty; technical specifications and figures are indicative and confirmed individually for each project. We are not liable for the content of external sites linked from here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the operator’s seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
