Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WOMEB processes personal data collected through womeb.pro, in line with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Data controller
The controller is WOMEB – Wytwórnia Okrętowych Mebli, mgr Piotr Dudko, ul. Ozyrysa 18, 81-601 Gdynia, Poland (production plant: ul. Sobieskiego 29, 84-230 Rumia), NIP PL5861945495.
For any privacy matter, contact us at piotr@womeb.com.pl.
What data we collect
Contact form: the name, company, e-mail address, vessel/programme and message you provide. Submitting the form is voluntary, but the e-mail address and your message are necessary for us to reply.
Technical data: aggregated, anonymous usage statistics via Vercel Web Analytics (see below). We do not knowingly collect special categories of data.
Purposes and legal bases
To answer your enquiry and take steps at your request prior to a possible contract — Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to and documenting business correspondence).
To operate and secure the website and measure aggregate traffic — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients and processors
Form delivery: Formspree, Inc. (USA) processes contact-form submissions and forwards them to us. E-mail: Proton AG (Switzerland). Hosting and analytics: Vercel, Inc. (USA / EU edge).
Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We share data only with processors acting on our instructions; we do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the period required to pursue or defend potential claims, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.
You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookie Policy
How womeb.pro uses cookies and similar technologies.
Our approach
We keep this site light. We use only strictly necessary and functional storage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What we use
Functional: a preference that remembers your language (EN/PL) so the site loads in your chosen language.
Security and delivery: our host (Vercel) may set strictly necessary cookies to serve the site safely.
Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and cookieless — it measures aggregate page views without cookies, without profiling and without identifying you.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because we rely only on essential/functional storage and cookieless analytics, disabling cookies will not break core browsing, though your language preference may not persist.
Terms of Use
Terms governing the use of the womeb.pro website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are subject to the courts competent for the operator’s seat, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
